Terms of Service

NeverMiss stores documents you upload, extracts the dates and amounts in them, and sends you reminders. It is a helper, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for your own renewals, payments and deadlines.

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Upload only documents you have the right to upload.

• The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a valid payment method up front.
• You are charged $0 during the trial.
• On day 15 the plan you chose is charged — $4.99 USD for Essential or $9.99 USD for Premium — and then once a month on the same date.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of documents read automatically (15 or 100) and a storage limit (1 GB or 5 GB). Reaching an allowance never deletes anything; it pauses automatic reading until the month resets.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
• Cancel after a payment and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Do not use NeverMiss to store illegal material, to attack the service, to resell access, or to upload other people’s documents without their permission. We may suspend an account that does.

Automatic reading is accurate most of the time and wrong some of the time. That is why every detail is shown to you for confirmation before it is saved, and why anything we are unsure of is flagged. Check the dates that matter.

NeverMiss is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for a missed payment, a lapsed policy or an expired document.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will give you a chance to export your data unless the law prevents it.
